REQUIRED SKILLS:
Experience supporting enterprise software sales cycles with large organizations ($5 Billion in revenue and above)
- Excellent communication skills including the ability to deliver compelling presentations
- Customer-focused work habits and attention to detail
- Open and proactive approach to interpersonal communication
- Ability to quickly learn new products and technical environments
- Ability to systematically assess and accurately diagnose software-related problems
- Creativity and Imagination the ability to think out-side the box
- Excellent time-management skill
TECHNICAL BACKGROUND:
- 5+ years development experience with core infrastructure technologies including operating systems (Linux, Windows), relational databases (e.g. Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL)
- 3+ years of experience implementing or supporting data warehouse and business intelligence technologies
- At least one-year experience working with a data integration (ETL) tool
- Comfortable working in the Linux shell
- Solid understanding of Java architectures
- Practical working knowledge of web application development tools and components such as XML, CSS, HTML, JDBC, JavaScript, SQL and shell scripting
- Experience with security systems and LDAP a plus
- Java programming experience a plus
