I'm trying to install a Facebook Pixel to customize my audience. I copy and paste the html after my <head> and I keep getting the same error: Error parsing XML, line 16, column 56: The reference to entity "ev" must end with the ';' delimiter.
Right now the ev=

@JPittam is right.
How to fix this,
1. Just make a google search "AdSense ads converter'.
2. You will get an entity converter box.
3. just paste all the codes of facebook into the box and click on parse/convert.
4. and then copy and paste all the converted code of facebook to your blogger blog template.that's it.
The only solution of this problem is that you have to parse entity according to blogger template API.

Hi Tina,
Welcome to the Blogger Help Forum. Please try adding the ";" (without quotes) to the end of the line.
For example: ev=XXXXXXX";
Please let me know if that works.

Unfortunately, that did not work. This is what the line looks like: src="https://www.facebook.com/ tr?id=1623139167950756&ev= PageView&noscript=1;"

Hi Tina, did you try putting the ; after the quote " symbol? Could you also try putting a space between the " and the ;?

Tried both ; right at the end and with a space after the last " Still getting the same error.

VishalChopra's information worked perfectly for me. Nowhere else have I found this! My Facebook pixel is now up and working on Blogger, tested by Facebook Pixel Helper app on Chrome. Thanks so much! My hypnosis ads will now be able to find out if people are being sent to see my website at http://superunconscious.com correctly!

Due to budget limitations, I hadn’t been able to setup an online marketing campaign for my business. This was slowing down my revenue generation, as I had a small customer base that wasn’t growing. Luckily, I got the chance to hire facebook ads management services for my business, and they offered me their service at a reasonable price.
ReplyDeleteThank you very much for the solution.
